Delivery Information
We offer free pickup from any of our showrooms by prior appointment. Delivery charges depend upon the nature and quantity of products you order, and the delivery address. The relevant options will be shown when you provide your delivery address at checkout for most mainland UK postcodes. If none are shown, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
Electric Fires
We offer free, next-working-day delivery to most mainland UK postcodes for fires ordered online before 2pm. If the free-shipping option does not appear after entering your delivery address at checkout, please call or email us for delivery pricing.
Fire deliveries are made on pallets and dropped off at the nearest curb. Our couriers do not carry them indoors or around buildings. If this doesn’t work for you, please call or email us for alternative delivery pricing.
Acoustic Panels
We offer free delivery to postcodes near one of our showrooms (NP, CF, or BS postcodes). The charge for delivery to other postcodes is shown at checkout. We aim to deliver within three to five working days of receiving your order and will provide a delivery date after processing it.
